Museum Strom und Leben
Es kommt wieder Leben ins Umspannwerk Recklinghausen: Ab Pfingstsonntag nimmt Deutschlands größtes Spezialmuseum zum Thema Elektrizität seine Besucher:innen wieder mit auf eine Zeitreise durch die Elektrizitätsgeschichte. Die zahlreichen Objekte von den größten Plasmakugeln Europas über eine begehbare Straßenbahn bis hin zu alten Haushaltsgeräten und den schon „historischen“ Videospielen „Ping“ und „Tetris“ laden zum Mitmachen und Anfassen auf der Route der Industriekultur ein.
Seit Anfang Juni ist es wieder möglich, das Museum zu den üblichen Zeiten von Mo - Sa, 10-17 und So 10-18 Uhr ohne Voranmeldung und ohne negativen Testnachweis zu besuchen.
Auch Tagungen, Kindergeburtstage, Führungen und die Nutzung der Cafeteria im Außenbereich werden wieder angeboten. Alle weiteren notwendigen Infos zum Museumsbesuch finden sich auf der Website des Museums. Hier geht es direkt zu den Tickets.
